Account Not Working On Website or Support

The new website and the support website all use different accounts. You'll need to make a new one to submit tickets.

If you used the old website, you do need to make a new account for the updated website to begin tracking your orders and editing them as well. Accounts did not migrate from the old website to the new one.

For any other account related issues, make a ticket! :)
